MANILA – The Commission on Elections (Comelec) is holding a three-day Special Register Anywhere/Anytime Program (SRAP) at its main office in Intramuros starting April 7 for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections.
The poll body said those who wish to register as voters may visit SRAP booths at the Chairman’s Hall of the Palacio del Gobernador.
Registration dates are also set on April 22 (Wednesday) and April 24 (Friday) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“If you are not registered yet, this is your chance. Also, invite your fellow residents in your barangays to vote in the coming #BSKE2026,” according to Comelec's social media post.
Aside from applications as new voter, other types of applications will be accepted such as transfer, change status/correction of entries, and reactivation.
The Comelec reminded the applicants to bring a valid government-issued ID. Cedula, barangay ID or certificate, company ID and police clearance will not be accepted. (PNA)
